A native of St. Louis MO, I attended Kenrick Glennon Seminary in St. Louis. At the invitation of Bishop Sheridan (also from St. Louis), I joined the Diocese of Colorado Springs in January 2010 after completing my seminary formation. I was ordained a Deacon on September 4th, 2010. The following year I was assigned to St. Paul’s were I served as a Transitional Deacon. On June 18th, 2011, I was ordained to the Priesthood and assigned to Divine Redeemer where I served until June 30th, 2019 as the Parochial Vicar, Administrator, and then as Pastor. In addition to serving the Corpus Christi community, I continue to serve as the chaplain at St. Mary’s High School (2011 – Present). I have a great love for teaching and have been blessed to teach religion in parish schools for twenty years. I look forward to serving the Corpus Christi families for many years. Please know of my prayers!

In a previous life, I earned a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and spent a couple fun filled decades working on the technical staff for such household names as Texas Instruments, Hewlett Packard, and Agilent Technologies.
I am blessed to have been teaching for 23 years. I have taught in Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado.
I have been at Corpus Christi for 17 years as a teacher and for two years as Director of Religious Education. I graduated from OSU with a B.A. and am certified in elementary and special education. I have a learning disabilities certificate. I am certified in the Linda-Mood Bell reading program and have served as a Title 1 coordinator. I am currently the team lead for the primary educators and just completed developing a new math curriculum for our diocese. My interests outside of education include spending time with family and friends, hiking, running, tennis, bowling, reading, museums, and traveling. My recent accomplishments include hiking a 14er and running a half-marathon. I strive to continue to grow and learn about God’s exciting and beautiful world.
I earned a Bachelors Degree from Colorado College and a Master’s Degree from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA. I have taught 1st through 4th grade. This is my 32 year of teaching. I am married with one daughter. I am the product of Catholic Schools. I attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Las Animas, CO from 1st through 6th grade. I am a Colorado transplant from New Mexico, but I have been here so long now that Colorado is home. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Western New Mexico University. I have been teaching for 23 years, the most recent twenty at Corpus Christi School. I have taught numerous grade levels, including middle school math, 5th grade, 4th grade, and kindergarten. In my role as interventionist, I work with the classroom teachers to determine what areas of support are needed by individual students. I help the teachers implement that support within the classroom and also take students in small groups to work with them. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute. I am one third of the way through the program and look forward to learning even more over the next two years. I also serve as the catechetical lead for Corpus Christi School. In that role, I schedule the classes for leading mass, assist with the school choir, and help plan other liturgical and prayer experiences for the students. I am active in music ministry at St. Patrick’s Parish.
