Financial Aid
Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available on the basis of demonstrated need. If you believe that your resources are not sufficient to meet the total costs of a Corpus Christi Catholic Academy education, you are encouraged to apply. FACTS provides a framework through which household need can be measured fairly and equitably. Recommendations from FACTS are used by the Diocese of Colorado Springs and Corpus Christi Catholic Parish and School in accordance with its policies to determine the award amount.
Applications for tuition assistance may be completed online (see the links below). You will need the following paperwork to fill out the online application:
- Household members’ most recently completed federal tax forms (personal and businesses owned)
- W-2’s from each job held by household members
- Most recent pay stub from each job held by household members
- Documents that establish the amount of miscellaneous monthly or yearly income you currently receive (i.e. welfare, food stamps, unemployment, workers’ compensation, etc.)
- All corporate, partnership, and trust forms if a household member owns 20% or more interest in a corporation, partnership or trust
Our primary financial aid application process is handled via FACTS. To apply for financial aid please visit FACTS Financial.
The ACE application window is now open and will remain open through Tuesday, April 15th (Tax Day). As a reminder, the ACE application is now a separate application from your school’s Grant & Aid FACTS application (if your school is contracted with FACTS); however, there will still only be one application fee for families. Here is a link to your state’s application: Colorado Application.

Important Notes:
Please remember applications must be complete and submitted for all current awarded scholars to remain on scholarship, and all new applicants must submit a complete application with all required taxable and nontaxable documentation to be considered for an award. We only accept applications submitted via the ACE application in FACTS and are only able to review complete applications. Applicants may begin the application, save, and log back in at a later date to upload their income documentation prior to the 11:59 p.m. deadline on April 15th. Applications are not able to be submitted after the 11:59 p.m. deadline.
Returning awarded families do not need to attach docs to verify income. They must use their prior year FACTS login (username and password).
We do not award scholarships to students in Pre-K in Colorado.
There is a $35 FACTS application fee per family to apply to ACE. If a family has already applied to your school via FACTS, they will not need to pay the fee a second time.
